Health Admittance Policy
In an effort to protect the infants from contagious diseases, the following medical guidelines have been set for the Nursery Division of Children's Ministries. This may be an inconvenience for some, however, this policy coincides with ensuring a safe environment for all the children who attend.
No infant will be admitted into the nursery if they have:
FEVER: Any child with a fever of 100 degrees or greater. (Determined by a thermometer.)
VOMITING: Vomiting within 24 hours prior to their attendance.
DIARRHEA: Frequent watery bowel movements within 24 hours prior to their attendance in nursery.
RASH: Any body rash, except diaper rash.
RUNNY NOSE: If discharge is clear, cloudy, or yellow-green then the infant may be admitted. All other discharges are not admitted.
BAD COUGH: Infections are transmitted through the air, therefore the infant will not be admitted.
